Refer a Patient
Thank you for trusting us to help your patient.
We will ensure that your patient will have the best possible outcomes we can provide. We will support the good work you have so far provided.
When referring us a patient, the more information you can provide, the better prepared we can be.
We will perform a 1 hour consultation for all referred patients and take any required radiographs. We do this to help us ensure we have ample time to spend with the child and parents to achieve the best result we can. The 1 hr consultation costs $150, with the cost somewhat offset by the CDBS or the child’s health fund.
